Heyo, Gonna just scribble some stuff down here as a quick mental note for anyone to find.
But basically, you want to look for some items or things that are immutable or nearly immutable throughout time and cultures. You can use these items as a sort of compass when navigating and orienting yourself through multi dimensional travel.
How? Well simply put, the more discrete and contained something is, and the more immutable it is, the more it is less likely to have a higher innate entropy. Meaning if the probability and possibility for it to change is very low throughout space and time, then the odds of you ending up in a different dimension or universe with a vastly different version of it, is also very low. There may be subtle changes, but the odds of it being radically different is very very very low, or more predictable than other things with higher innate entropy.
This website itself is just sparse notes with light or little coherency, so it’s not a good example (probably not even real or existent in most universes to be honest).
Somethings that would be a good example is recited texts, like Buddhist Sutras or even Religious holy books like the Torah or Bible. Point being, when something is exalted to a state of sacredness and preserved throughout the annals of history across space AND time, there’s very very little chances for it to be altered compared to say newsweek magazine Tokyo edition. You know, something that has a long shelf life and is preserved is less likely to alter or change when going through ‘entropy’.
So gauge what is more ‘concrete’ and more ‘discrete’ when you’re trying to find a reliable anchor to use as a sort of landmark or compass to help navigate Universal Entropy. The whole reality shifting or multi-dimensional traveling jazz.
If you pay close enough attention to these items and objects throughout your space-time, it might not be that your memory is foggy and that you’re ‘misremembering things’, but rather your reality is -well- a bit different. Hope that helps.
Epilogue
Just jotting some silly notes for those that find something interesting and intriguing. It might help you or it might just be a novel thought and charming idea that you can use for some notes or even in your own creative endeavors. It be what it be, and it is what it is.
It’s a sort of ‘guidestone’ or ‘waystone’ to help guide or show the way. Funny how we name things, like ‘land marks’ mark the land. A com-pass is something ‘with’ (com-) aide to help us ‘pass’ (-pass) or go through a ‘passage’.
Afterall,
Words Mean Things
Oh, post edit side note, when you record something and memorize it, and if you do both, you’re technically containing and making more discrete values of entropy. So you’re lowering the overall entropy of metaphysical ideas and concepts, to include physical things and concepts. So writing is another way of making discrete and quantifying entropy. Which aides in how writing stuff down helps to give it more truth or power and direction in your entropic travels. Which is why journaling and word magic is definitely a powerful thing.
Simply put, making indiscrete things more discrete lowers entropy. That’s the big takeaway.
If you start drafting up plans and ideas down on paper or stone, it’s less likely to change and more likely to manifest itself. Proportional to exposure and adherence among other factors. So you know, use your words and get yourself some results. Ha, kind of gives those corporate death by powerpoints a little more value. But of course too much data or records that are mutable aren’t -uh- going to help make things defined. It’s the repetition and adherence and ‘worship’ or ‘progress towards’ the thing you attend to that makes it materialize and manifest. So those notes you might write on sticky notes you toss and throw away thousands at a time, aren’t doing you favors if you don’t stick to it or treat them with attention that you pay. Pay attention type jazz. You know how people make budgets and don’t check them or reference them? Useless because they’re literally not being used.
So you know, Words Mean Things, use your words, check them, use them.
