Self-Hypnosis Sleep Mantra Meditation Trick

I don’t like counting sheep, and I am an informal dream wizard, as such I am going to spout a method of sorcery that I’ve discovered through word magic.

You can create a looping phrase that loops itself recursively, and then recite it in your head. With each recital it becomes more and more ambiguous where it starts and ends.

For instance, last night (as of writing), I created this loop phrase to help me sleep;

I am a great writer in my writing

If I repeat this phrase over and over, it can break down into different sentences;
-I am a Great writer
-In my writing I am a Great Writer
-I am a Great writer in my writing
-In my writing. . .
In some cases it may sandwich the phrases;
-I am a Great writer in my writing I am a Great writer
-In my writing I am a Great writer in my writing

The more times you repeat the loop, the more woozy and ambiguous the meaning will be. You sort of slowly loosen consciousness and then fall asleep. It’s self hypnosis and ambiguity that sends your consciousness to the dream realm or lose grip. It’s like having a computer run a really long line of code and error out or time out, especially if the mantra loops properly (which is dependent on how you interpret it).

This trick doesn’t need to be logically true or make sense. It just has to be syntactically able for you to follow it. So you have to be able to speak or read it and it should make sense.

This works for me, You can try it to see if it works for you. There’s a lot of other methods to help sleep, including temperature control, air quality control, white noise, no noise, background music, chimes, videos, and other jazz that people find works for them.

Some of my background for sleep

I spent a lot of time in the Military doing dumb things and one of the tricks that helped me get by is securing a quick nap. I accomplish this through many methods, but the easiest way was to lower my heart rate or my blood circulation. Bruce lee had great control and mastery over his heart rate, I am not even close. But I do have enough know how to position myself in a way that can reduce circulation which reduces oxygenation and I effectively pass out. Not the best trick nor is it viewed as healthy, but it’s effective.

As such, I’ve grown since my time in the military and have discovered word magic through my life, as well as some dream jazz, and other things. So here I am presenting some calm and easy methods that anyone can try that’s relatively safe.

If it works for you, good.

If it doesn’t then you try something else and say it was alright.

If it works for you, also consider, using a mantra or making a mantra that applies to you or can better your life in some skill of field or way. This is technically a Self-Hypnosis trick, and that is all about the art of subtle suggestions and implanting these ideas in your subconscious.

Some More mantras

That I just made up that will effectively work (in my opinion)

Today is a good day because Tomorrow will be a good day because

I am worthy and loved because I exist so

I will go to sleep after I finish repeating these words then

I am in a safe space and my body is healing because

I am co-creating with the universe and we are working together on me as

I am going to pass my math exam so I am sleeping right now to help me tomorrow as

So feel free to use any of the above, or make your own that relates to a skill or thing you care about. Just make sure it loops nicely for you, and then as you repeat it, you’ll try to focus on specific parts or sentences or phrases and eventually give up and go to sleep.

Additionally, you don’t have to use the same mantra every night. You can switch it up, and work on various other things or desires or stuff. This is just another way to also subconsciously prime you, or ‘subconsciously priming’ you for results or desires you seek.

Just side note

You can use mantras and affirmations to help the belief, but also consider putting in the work to get it done to. Gotta help yourself manifest things to the degree of your belief system of reality to make it work. If you believe that efforts pay off, then align your probability matrix by providing effort.

I’m saying this in the event that you do have a math exam tomorrow and you use the mantra loop above. It might help you sleep, but your skill and knowledge and exposure to knowledge will determine how your sleep aides you and how effective you actually will be in passing that math exam.

But- uh- don’t let my values and belief systems affect or influence yours, especially if you have a more preferred or unique style.

Epilogue,

Just sharing things because why not? You’re not the Dream Police are you? Going to Narc on me in this dimension too for spreading dream tips?

You could passively learn things in your sleep, and if you unlock the power to nap effectively, you can actually weaponize your subconscious to retain more information. There’s certainly a lot of studies on neuro-plasticity and neuro-elasticity during different stages of the sleep cycle. The point is, your subconscious works faster and better in sleep for some reason, so you can learn more and retain more if you get proper sleep and if you time your sleep properly after an event or lesson.

Subconscious processing is pretty over powered.

Also, Shadow work is cool and I suggest it as a cool thing to do to help utilize and integrate more of your subconscious and free up some artificial limiters set inside your subconscious mind engine. Consider it like Defragmentation of a PC, but your mind is the PC.

But ultimately, you do you. Give this meditation trick a try if you want. You can report back to let me know if it worked, or ask for a personal tailored mantra if you want me to cook you up something.

All I’m saying is;

Words Mean Things
