We dub her she, as a goddess of the land.
Thea in all her might, Earthenware and water.
She has the blood of rivers flowing,
River veins carry,
The minerals flowing,
Ore Veins Carry,
The Energy flowing,
Ley Lines Carry.
The Earth Chakras spiraling,
Shakti Shakti
What then are Tornados,
Hurricanes and Vortexes,
If not a spiral of energy,
a movement of flow.
Where do these things go?
If you doubt the earth,
If you doubt her breath,
She breathes through you,
and through the tree,
Do you doubt yourself?
People doubt the rocks life,
Yet they salt their food.
People doubt the wind’s messages,
Yet the fly on airplanes.
People doubt the water’s message,
Yet without liquids, they’d perish.
People doubt the Fire’s dance,
Yet live on with a soul.
All elements speak,
All elements have life,
They have messages to give,
In many forms to receive.
Just as you can,
not believe in the sun,
Yet still feel it’s warmth.
You can choose,
To not believe in Gaia,
and still stand on her.
Part II
It’s not Man vs. Nature,
For that is a false dichotomy,
For Man is a part of Nature,
We are all dust,
Be humble, for we come from the Earth,
Be Noble, for we are made from the Stars.
For we are all Star Dust rearranged,
In the cosmic dance and swirl,
Galaxies spiraling and spinning,
All is in I,
As I am in All,
For I am. . . in I,
And All is. . . in All.
Epilogue,
I just wrote a little quick poem about my feeling and thoughts on Mother Earth as well as our relation to the Universe and juxtaposing that with Mother Earth. If you connect the Part II of the poem to the initial the poem, you might just find out that Animism is quite the catch. Not saying it’s true, it’s definitely a belief modality out there though. Turns out, we’re all stardust and made up of light packets called quanta. That’s of course depending on your belief in the Big Bang and Quantum physics.
Regardless, Enjoy this little thing I call a Poem, and find your center to be ‘grounded’ in mother Nature. I’m “rooting” for you.
Ha, jokes, I got em’
